I would appreciate some advice please. I had my interview which lasted an hour and a half, I was told by the impatient man that it should only be 45 minutes. I have bad brain fog though entered a brain freeze situation, when asked is my treatment is ongoing I said No, when actually it is very much ongoing, can I rectify this???

I'd also like to ask if I decided to make a new application how long would I need to wait?

Thank you.

Hello Moderator I seem to be having difficulties posting messages, do they go through you and how long does this take. On my topics, nothing is coming up?

I'd appreciate a solution, information or suggestions.

Thank you. I need urgent advise if possible.

Hi J,

I am not exactly sure what you are looking for, but your previous post is : Here.

You can access our : PIP Claims Guide. (2nd Link on page)

Yes, you can amend an answer to a question.

Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS

You can Bookmark/Favourite this page in your Internet Browser, that way you can return to it easily.

Hi J,

If you read this topic that was at the top of the forum, it should explain it for you :

I have answered your other post.

Hi J,

I have merged your 3 posts into one topic, please try not to make multiple posts in different topics. Try to keep them all in the one topic.

The Medical Report compiled by The PIP Assessor will now have been sent to The DWP PIP Decision Maker, who will then look at the report and any other evidence that they may have, before making the final decision.

If you wish to submit new or amended evidence in writing, you should address the envelope :

FAO : The PIP Decision Maker, at the address of the PIP office on any DWP PIP Letters that you have.

It may take sometime for a decision to be made, so as long as you post it ASAP it should be taken into account.

Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS

If you don't have the address of The PIP office you could ring The PIP Helpline :

DWP PIP helpline :

Telephone: 0345 850 3322

Textphone: 0345 601 6677

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

I wouldn't get too despondent, we have heard from many members who have thought that the F2F Assessment did not go well, only to receive an award.

Do not send any further evidence to Capita, it must now go to The DWP.

There may be no need to make a fresh PIP claim.

If you do receive an adverse decision, you can request an MR/Appeal, we will help you further with that if and when the time comes.

Please keep us updated. :)
