Can you ask to extend time to fill the PIP form? was created by MummyBear

Or would they just refuse flately?

I am acting for my DS, not for me.

Would they accept that I just couldn't get started on it earlier as I worked long hours full time until today?

They can extend it by two weeks (to a total of six weeks), however it is at the discretion of the DWP, ask for them to confirm any extension in writing.

Indeed, extention granted. This seems to be strait forward.
However, they say they can't put it in writing ...
