Can anyone tell me how many times you have to attend work related activities, I used to go once every fortnight, then weekly and now I am being asked to go in more than this, at least twice a week?

Providing it does not conflict with your stated limitations on your ESA50, then there is no maximum to the amount of Work Related Activity that you can be asked to do, if it does then you need to raise this with your advisor.
