PIP updates/ mobility ?tester and legislation etc

Greetings one and all and wishing not to late to wish you all at B&W New year Good Wishes
My query sorry I am not v tech savvy and do not have the best of tech facilities:
I read something along the lines in the most recen tJan newsletter about
PIP how it is going in practice versus legislation and the testers?
I think one was about the 'distance' what is it now for enhanced? and is/ are the tester using it the regs correctly? and the difference was mentioned as to what was on the PIP Form?
Also re the next mob component award done are they doing same?
Would you be able to let me know which are the page numbers or chapter or topic words in the 77 page B&W benefit Guide updated Jan 15 sorry I find it hard and headachey to figure out and plough through the guide so page numbers would be much appreciated for changes which are the changes versus what they were?
Wishing this is clearish to understand?
