Thank you for reply. So why did the give a date to have this back by? I'm not in the active postcodes yet so why did I get to apply for my DLA to be re looked at? I am please with their decision but feel cheated by now having to wait a another 4 weeks to get my new rate.
If you are not in an active PIP area then there should have been no reason for you to have been asked to claim PIP, however this is obviously moot now.
