Hello Gordon,
I didnt receive an email and my subscription expired when I was in hospital, I checked my main email and spam, but no reminder. Im disappointed because normally if youre renewing there is often a discount.

I am afraid that the Mods have no access to subscription information, you can email the office about what happened.

I was emailed to renew mine which I did cos i didnt want to miss anything.
Unfortunately for me there was a discounted offer on the next day!!
