Hi I have been trying to look for my last post to you,but cannot find it.However I do recall letting you know that I got a text message from DSS telling me that they are looking at my MR,however this is some weeks ago and I heard nothing.My money each week stays the same so I am wondering is this common pratice,one would of thought you would get a letter in the post one way or the other.
I don't want to phone them as I am not good on the phone and I get confused .Thanks

you can always find them by clicking on your name which should then bring up a list of posts.
The DWP are not required to acknowledge the receipt of MR's in writing. Currently MR's are taking 8-11 weeks, Christmas will undoubtedly have delayed it.
