Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
The first thing you need to do was to ask the DWP to look at the Decision again, this is called a Mandatory Reconsideration.
During the MR you have the opportunity to present new information or evidence to the Decision Maker about how you meet the PIP criteria, your post suggests that you have done this which is good, but we recommend following up any request made over the phone in writing, to ensure that it is properly registered with the DWP.
As you are a new user I am assuming that you will not have used our guides to complete the PIP2 form that you sent the DWP about your limitations, I am guessing this is the B&W information you refer to in your post.
I would recommend that you have a look at our PIP Claim guides these explain how to complete this form in detail and may give you an idea of where you may not have completed the form to your best advantage. The Claim guides and our PIP MR & Appeal guide are on the following link

If you have not already done so, then it be worth your requesting the assessment report that the DM used to make their Decision, this will also help you to understand why your claim failed.
If you have any questions on the above then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
