PIP daily living and care homes was created by carmind
A client has just been awarded PIP Daily Living but it is being withheld because the DWP state he is living in a Care Home.

Does anyone know how they define "care home"?

The full definition is in the following

www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/377/regulation/28/made

but basically if they are living in a facility funded in part or in whole by their Local Authority then payment will be suspended.
