I was awarded PIP a few months ago with standard mobility and It has only just come to my attention that I am entitled to a 50% discount on vehicle excise duty. As I renewed this during the time my case was being reviewed can I claim retrospectively? Many thanks for your help once again

I can't find anything that says you can backdate the claim, all I can suggest is that you contact the DVLA about the matter.
