PIP was created by wldh
I applied for PIP in September 2013 after a nine months wait I finally had my(medical) as per usual I scored zero points even though I suffer from osteoarthritis in all my joints have cervical/lumbar spondylosis disc degeneration disease l3/4/5 and have had my right knee replaced. I then failed my mandatory recon then onto appeal after waiting three months a not hearing anything I rang the tribunal service to find out what was happening only to find out they had lost my appeal notice.
So in total I have waited 15 months for nothing has anyone got some advice for me because now I feel absolutely let down.

You don't say what is happening with your appeal?

There is no reason why an appeal cannot still be carried out although the TS may require you re-submit it if they cannot find the original papers. If they do, then you should remind them that they lost the original papers in you reasons for the request being late.

You can also make a new claim for PIP, assessment time are down but it is still taking long than 26 weeks in most regions of the country for a Decision to be made. You need to be aware that any Decision that results from your making another claim will limit any Decision that might result from an appeal of the original Decision.
