Hi, I really appreciate this forum where I can get help and I have a question for you. If someone is in the support group, and they get put in WRAG after assessment, will they go straight onto income based ESA?

I assume you are receiving ES(CB) whilst in the Support Group.
If you are moved to the WRAG then you will continue to receive ESA(CB) for a further 365 days, unless you have already spent time in the WRAG, in which case this time will be deducted from the 365 days.
ESA(IR) will only be paid if you are eligible, eligibility for ESA(IR) is dependant on your household income, assets and savings and any hours that a partner works.
