ESA Telephone interview

If you rather than ATOS cancelled the previous appointment then you must attend the next one whether this information is available or not as failing to do so will result in your claim being closed, unless you can show Good Cause for not attending, waiting for this info is unlikely to be accepted as Good Cause.

If it becomes available before the WCA, then take it to the interview and ask the assessor to read it and then include it in your file before continuing, we recommend sending a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim, marked for the attention of the Decision Maker.

If it is after but before any Decision is made, then send it directly to the DWP as quickly as possible.

If is after a Decision is made, then it is unlikely that it will be looked at unless you challenge the Decision, assuming you are unhappy with it.
