Is there an issue opening the ESA member guide? All the other guides are fine upon clicking but the ESA is not working upon clicking....

I am not aware of any problem I have just opened both of the ESA guides without problem, try right clicking on the link and choosing "open in new tab" or "open in new window".
If that still fails are you receiving an error message, what happens when you click on a guide (even if it is nothing)?

When I click members guides then ESA it takes me back to the start. As in I need to click members guides to see the list to click. PIP etc all work just the ESA link.
No error message just return me to the start page.

1. Click on Members Only Guides link to the left of this page
2. On the new page that is displayed Help For Claimants Select the Employment and Support Allowance claims link under the Employment & Support Allowance heading
3. The new page has the two ESA Claim guides, physical and Mental health.
