Moved from WRAG to Support Group. How long for? was created by Mike
I'm sure this will have been asked before. I've taken a look through though and I can't see. Hence my question.
I have just been moved from Work Related Acrivity Group to Supprot Group following an ATOS medical assessment.
I've requested a copy of the pertaining to assessment report from DWP.
I am keen to know how long I might be in the Support Group before reassessment. Anybody have any idea? Thanks in advance.
Additional information. I hadn't requested this move but this was the decision made after the ATOS medical. The ATOS assessor seemed like a very decent man, clearly compassionate and not at all what I was expecting. Even though I had not gotten a letter from my GP to support taxi receipt refunds I am, nonetheless, being refunded.
I put a lot of effort Into getting letters from various consultants and there is no doubt that this helped. I also sought advice from somebody with legal experience. I also wrote a statement letter myself.
I Have to say though when I looked at all the health issues I am dealing with it it was quite a shock.
I am grateful the pressure is off for a little while now.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Congratulations on the award.
If you have requested the ESA85 assessment report then the prognosis from this is usually used to set the re-assessment date, if you want to confirm this then you can ring the DWP, the date should be on their computer system.
