In ESA support with PIP

Hi All

I was awarded ESA support on 7th October 2014, transferring from IB. Awarded PIP 27th October 2014, after submitting claim in November 2013.

When I received ESA letter, was awarded contribution based, but letter stated maybe entitled to income related, so called the number and form was duly filled in and sent. Heard nothing. Rang up on 6th November, to be told my claim had been archived, but they dont know why. Have spent the last 2 weeks phoning them to try and get this resolved, but to no avail.

Posted today, a complaint about this. Is there anything else I can do?

You could try phoning the ESA tel number and escalating to a Manager/Supervisor, this will involve you getting a call back, and the earlier in the morning that you ring, the better.
