Looking again I think we have finally got across to them the main points and they do not seem to be wasting time going into exact detail. The absence pf the scoresheet is therefore not the problem I thought.

They are not supposed to but ATOS and the DWP regularly fail to identify the Descriptors that a claimant has met to qualify for an award, unfortunately there is little that claimants can do about it.
