It took from September 2013 to August 2014 to get my assessment done and have a decision. I was awarded standard rate in Daily Living and enhanced rate in Mobility. But due to some things not being included I requested a mandatory reconsideration (for the daily living descriptors). Unfortunately the second decision maker changed my mobility rate down to standard! So I have now sent off for an appeal... Has anyone else appealed?
