I Really am in a quandary and would welcome some constructive advice please.

After being invited to read through my sisters ESA50 form I was absolutely gobsmacked. It would appear to be a tissue of lies from start to finish. My niece (her daughter) has refused to contribute when asked, not wanting to get involved at all.
Should I report her, or should I mind my own business? What I read makes me ashamed to be related to her.

This is a decision that only you can make.

If you do not live with your sister then you might want to give some thought to how much your sister is hiding her conditions from you, I know from my own experience how easy it is, even for close relatives, to have little or no understanding of how someone is affected by their illnesses and disabilities, despite them seeing the person concerned regularly.

Hello Gordon,

I thank you for your very diplomatic response to my query. In answer I would say that I see my sister on a regular basis and she is certainly not as she describes herself, not even close.
I apologise for broaching the subject on this forum. I just hate the concept of someone pretending to be ill in order to claim an income.
You may, if you wish remove my post from the forum.
