My question I have today is, how many holidays under 4 weeks are claimants allowed. I currently have 1 2 week visit overseas which will be quite soon, and one further one for 10 days in May next year. Do I have to tell the ESA department that I am going away.

My full name is showing, how can I stop it? I am not aware of any limit to the number of times a claimant can go on holiday the legislation only refers to the time they can go away for.
We recommend members tell the DWP in advance of any time they will be away from their normal place of residence to avoid problems with WFIs, assessments and other requirements that the DWP or it's agents require of them.
