Hi e,

I have previously advised you on the same query : Here.

If there is any part of the advice that you are having particular problems with, please reply to this post, and we will try to help further.

Hi e,

Benefits & Work can only offer general advice via the forum.

If you wish to try and gain professional representation, you should contact The CAB or the like :

Where to get advice

Or, you could put Welfare Rights/Advice into your internet search engine for your town or postcode.

You can get a friend or relative to represent you, but obviously they would not be qualified.

Try not to miss the one month deadline from the date of the letter telling you that you were in The WRAG, to request your Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) in writing :

Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS

Even if you simply request The MR stating that you do not agree with the WRAG decision, this will protect your rights to an MR.

You can request an MR later than the one month, but this can be problematic, as you would need to explain why your MR request was late.
