It appears that we. I use this in a very loose sense

This does not effect navigation within the site and the ESA information is available through the links on this page (see Members Only Guides).

We were in the waiting room for about 2 and a half hours, as were a couple of other people. They said some of the Atos staff hadn't turned up and so the wait was going to be long. We could rearrange our medicals if we preferred. Well, I didn't want to go through that again, so we waited.
We saw a nurse, who I must say, was really lovely and understanding (unlike my last medical where the bloke spent most of his time peering at his computer screen instead of listening to me!). I was by this time very anxious and upset and so glad my husband was with me. We mentioned about having the interview recorded but, of course, you have to prearrange this.
I wanted to be as honest as possible, whilst trying to convey how bad my depression and anxiety is. We weren't in there very long but my husband was worried that our car park ticket was going to run out and had to leave to go and put another ticket on the car. At this point we had been in the medical for about 10 minutes and the nurse was very sympathetic about how upset I was. She asked me if I ever drove anywhere. I told her that I do drive sometimes but rarely go out as I get too anxious. She said "well, Im not going to put that because it will mean I have to justify my answer. Im going to put that you don't drive at all."
I was gobsmacked because it was so different from my previous medical where he had actually lied in his report and tried to skew things Id actually said. For once an Atos employee was on my side! She then left the room to ask a doctor if it was ok to cut the interview short because I was so distressed and then led me to the waiting area to meet my husband, who was coming back inside.
Two weeks later I got a letter saying I was being transferred to ESA and placed in the support group! It makes me wonder how differently this medical would have been if we had had it recorded?

Congratulations on The SG award ct !!!!!

Thanks for letting us know.
If you wish to obtain documentation regarding The SG decision which may help at your next reassessment, have a look at : This post.
You will never know what the HCP may have said, if your F2F had been recorded.
One would think that HCP's are more careful with their verbal comments when they are aware that the F2F is being recorded.
Really, what HCP's tend to say is not relevant, it is what is entered into the LiMA Computer Software Programme, and any added written comments that are important.
