DWP Officer to visit Benefit claimants homes. was created by banger
Hi
Just read on the B&W Facebook page about these DWP Officer visits that has been announced on the government website. It says to have Bank statements and building soiciety statements available, but all my stuff is paperless and online! Surely in this day and age DWP must realise that most banks are now paperless! This surely has to be an invasion of privacy looking at peoples bank accounts and documents. Maybe I can show them the 2 foot pile of DWP documents they sent me under SRA.
thoughts?
regards

I don't think we can comment on reports on a third party site not associated with Benefits and Work, the Mods here are not associated with the operation of the Facebook site.
The date on the GovUK page is unlikely to be significant, they have been transferring pages from other sites for over a year.

No, the B&W Facebook page is run on our behalf by a third party, the Moderators here have nothing to do it with except potentially as users.
