I can't see how as according to your previous postings you would have been on IB at that time, it could be an IB113 (if that's the right reference), however, the fundamental problem with using anything from 2009 and IB is the age and the relevance, the IB Descriptors are very different from the ESA ones.

It's not impossible but our understanding is that the DWP should not be using PIP reports for ESA and vice versa. I'm afraid the only way you will know what they have is to make the suggest Subject Access Request.
