It's so frustrating as I can't speak directly to someone who hopefully knows what they are doing until they ring me. No one bothered after I first raised the query. It's stressful enough without the extra hurdles they make claimants jump over!
I think another complaint is in order after 30 weeks and numerous calls to them :/

Thanks Gordon for the link. I complained via my MP at the beginning as my complaint to them was ignored. I have just emailed my MP again. Fingers crossed his involvement helps again.
