The DWP issued a new PIP guide yesterday 27 May, a mere 150 pages long. !!

I'm certainly unaware of any claimant on this forum or any of the others that I monitor, who has been awarded PIP purely on their PIP2 form and the evidence attached, with the exception of those who are classed as being terminally ill.

Hi All,
As an update, the original offending article has now been withdrawn from :
The LDA Scotland Website
They have replaced it with what I consider to be some pretty weak excuses for the initial publication.
I will now lock this topic, as it no longer warrants further discussion.
