Hi, just a quick question - two weeks ago I received a call from ATOS informing me that I definitely wont be called for a f/f interview and they've sent a report to my job centre. Could I ask ATOS to send me a copy of the report, in the same way as others have asked for a copy of how they've received little or no points when they've been assessed. Would like to think so, seeing that the report is about me. Advice would be appreciated.

You can request the report, it's called an ESA85A, from the DWP office that normally deals with your claim. They don't usually send it our until a Decision has been made but you can request it now, the request can be over the phone but we recommend following it up in writing, the following has a list of other documents that may also be available;
