PIP query

We are expecting the vast majority of claimants to be required to have a face to face, at least on their initial claim, only those who are extremely limited by their conditions are likely to escape the face to face.

We are not aware of anybody on B&W not having one and I have not seen anybody on any of the other forums I read either.
