If a car parks in a designated disabled bay and does not display a blue badge and you know they are not disabled and you are,what can you do about it,the police say they can do nothing who do you contact for help,i thought it was an offence to use a disabled bay,but have been told it is not what can i do about it please.
If it was a council space, e.g. council car park or on street then you can complain to them, if it was a private car park then you should contact the owner.
