ESA returned December

I returned my ESA50 for re-assessment on 7th August 2013 and I am still awaiting either a F2F or a decision. I have rung a couple of times and have been told that my file is with Medical Services. The backlog appears to be massive.

it will be 7 months since l sent my ESA 50 one is currently in the support group as well have phoned a few times but this has been to no avail could the autumn before l hear from them by that it will one year since form was sent

Having still heard nothing to date regarding my re-assessment of ESA. I telephoned them yesterday and hooray a decision was made in March 2014 to award me a further two years in the Support Group without the dreaded medical. I received a letter in March 2014 but it wasnt a decision letter it was merely the one that informs about the rate of benefit. i explained this to the person I spoke to and he said that he couldnt tell if a decision letter had been sent or not but would make arrangements for me to receive all the relevant paperwork.

Just wanted to say the biggest thank you to the providers and moderators of this wonderful site. Without the moderators great wealth of knowledge and expertise and the superb guides I wouldnt have been able to complete the ESA50 giving me the best chance of success. The subscription to this site is money very well spent. Once again a huge huge thank you to Gordon, Mrs Hurtyback, Bro58, Gareth and Puccalove.
