Barring a medical finding fit for work or conduct under 157 and under indefinite sanction only on WRAG component whats to stop a claimant remaining in WRAG indefinetly whilst not attending any activities? If after year they transfer to ESA IR can this state of affairs continue for years perhaps? They might even be support grouped at a medical if their condition is re assessed! Has the JC+ advisor any power to terminate a claimants claim other than sanctioning or the circumstances already mentioned above?

As long as a claimant continues to meet the requirements for ESA they will continue to be entitled to payment.
