Transfer from SDA to ESA

I received my letter regarding being moved from SDA to ESA on Wednesday 9th April 2014.
The DWP phoned on Monday 14th April 2014 regarding this transfer.
Tomorrow, will be two weeks to the date, after I received the first letter informing me of the transfer process. I note from your site, the ESA50 should be received within two weeks of the first letter. I realise Easter may have added to the delay.
How long should I wait before contacting someone, regarding the late arrival of ESA50, and who should I contact?
A little hand holding would be appreciated.

Hi M,
Yes, generally one would expect to receive the ESA50 through the post within a fortnight or so of the "courtesy phone call".
However, this is not written in stone and as you rightly say we have had the Easter Bank Holiday.
It may be advisable to contact ATOS if you have not received it over the next 7 days or so.
Contact details on the right of this page under "WCA Customer Service" :
www.atoshealthcare.com/claimants
It will be ATOS who issue The ESA50 after the DWP have referred you to them.
In the mean time, as you now know that your SDA to ESA migration has started, you may wish to consider :
Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire
Whilst referring to the guides on this page :

I am extremely grateful that my migration from SDA to ESA has been so straightforward and I believe quick.
It has taken me a fair while to understand the groupings of ESA but thanks to your guides and this forum I now believe I understand most of the variations of ESA.
I have telephoned and been told I am to be reassessed in two years time.
I believe you also recommend that I ask for all the paperwork used to place me in the support group, without an assessment. Please can you remind me of what I should be asking for and from whom.
Many thanks, once again.

Congratulations on the award, we have not had many SDA claimants complete the process to date so this is good news for everyone still waiting.
Write to the DWP office that dealt with your transfer, the following has a list of the documents likely to be available.

Immediately after receiving notification that I was moved from SDA to ESA support group, I used your guide to request in writing, copies of all the documents used to make that decision. This was sent by recorded delivery and received two days later.
I have had no response.
So, I sent a second request for the same documents, using your template guide in the last week of August, again by recorded delivery, which was again received two days later.
To date I have received no reply.
Can you advise please, what else I can do?
