The only exemption to WFIs is the Upper Age Limit. See
Work Focussed Interviews and I am afraid, as far as I can see, the Carers Credit does not exempt you from Work Related Activity, only Carers Allowance and/or the Premium will do this.
It may be possible to negotiate deferment or telephone WFIs and reduced WRA with the JC+ advisor, but any allowance will be entirely at their discretion and subject to change without notice.
