Recent client had received an invite to an Atos medical to St Martins House, Bootle Merseyside. An enclosure with the appointment details gave detailed advice about walking to the nearest bus stop to their home and which bus to get from that particular stop to the centre. This included estimated walking times from the home to the bus stop and travel time on the bus and waiting times at the bus stop. Obviously, any person who has physical limitations and advises the HCP that they arrived by bus could be giving advice that may be detrimental to their case. Suggest that all clients be advised of this possibility?
