Okay thanks, I'll do that. Can you possibly tell me if there is a guide on here that deals with the earlier parts of DLA appeal advice, but for the claimant and not for someone helping them? I could only find Support For Clients With DLA and AA Appeals. Thanks.

That is the main guide, but if you scroll further down that page there are a number of guides that cover specific aspects of an appeal.
