I claimed IB for many years, but then after the 365 rule, I had a medical and was placed in the WRAG. I was sent the forms again to fill in at the beginning of December and my condition has worsened since my last medical, where I think I should now be in the support group
So I wondered if Atos are not doing the medicals anymore will I have to wait to be reassessed. Thankyou

ATOS are still doing the assessments but there are considerable delays in the system, we have members who have already waited 7 months for an appointment, the only practical solution is to involve your MP.
