I would expect Carers Allowance to be treated as income in regard to Pension Credit, but I would recommend that you get face to face advice from a trained advisor.
If you are both receiving DLA Care at the Medium rate or higher then you may be eligible for additional benefits such as the Severe Disability Premium, a trained advisor can calculate what you would get with each of the various options that you may be eligible for.
