how long to hear back fron atos

hello its now been 7 months and since I sent back my ESA50 form last june . im currently still in receipt of IB and I was just wondering how many others are waiting this long to here back from atos,

Sent mine back in May 13. Not a word.

Just some feedback for you.

When I received the Telephone call from them 3 days after ESA50 in April 2013, I
was disgusted how they spoke to me.
I have a physical problem in my mouth and throat and have difficulty speaking and sound
like a person with large Mental Health issues.
I was told - Do not worry Sir, we are just changing the names of the benefits a bit. Just
put a few details on the form. You will get exactly the same money.

This is terrible. Taking advantage of what they perceived to be a vulnerable person.

The rights of MH people who do not understand the complexity of this are being
trampled on.

The information you were given is blatantly misleading !!!

As you know, the qualifying criteria for ESA compared to IB, IS or SDA are much stricter, and totally different.

hello can you advise on what I should write in my letter to mp , I have been waiting 8 months to here back from atos over es50 sent to them, its a conservative m.p so I wonder if there is much point in writing for help
