Its reallt stressing me out ,i dont want to phone them incase i trigger them to send another form out

There are delays in the system and I have heard of other claimants who have waited as long as this, however, the only way that you will know is to ask, doing so should not result in another assessment, as none of the people you will talk to on the phone have the authority to initiate one.

as they will be able to tell you what has happened with regard to your ESA50, if they have returned your file to the DWP then contact the office that normally deal with your claim to find out whether a Decision has been made.
