notifying change of address

where do I send a letter to notify a change of address? (can't phone)

is it Chippenham Benefit Centre where I seem to get details of what they will pay me from or is there a central office of DWP for this somewhere?

is it only the DWP I have to inform?

I have also just received another assessment form from ATOS - can I jut put my new address on the form or should I put an extra note perhaps to draw attention to the change?

You should send your letter to the address at the top of your decision letter etc, there is no central DWP address as such.

Yes, it would be a good idea to make a sepcific note of your new address.
