End of ESA (C) after 365 days was created by hundi
Hi and best wishes to all mods and members for 2014.

I just wondered if notice was always given of the ending of payments. My benefit came to an end on 29 Dec but have had no correspondence. It won't make a difference in that I know I am not eligible for ESA (IR) - just curious.

Hi Hundi and Happy New Year to you.

Whilst DWP are supposed to write and notify claimants before contributary ESa finishes, it is all to common to hear that they have failed to do so :(
