Hello, I had my DLA reduced to low rate care : 10 th October 2013. I am appealing and currently waiting the home doctor`s visit , then Tribunal court attendance thereafter. When do I have to return the overpayments ? I have not informed DWP yet. Should I e-mail my Jobcentre Advisor of DWP still paying me Severe Disability Premium every week, since 10th Oct. You need to inform the DWP office that normally deals with your ESA claim immediately, in writing, the over payment will apply from 10 October but will depend on when your ESA payments are made as they are normally paid in arrears.
