appeal

Hi I am now going to appeal my decision that the dwp are going to stop my benifit next may I am waiting for a time and place for the appeal I have read that I can get someone to represent me how do I go about doing this and is there cost if so any idea how much

Have you already received an adverse decision to stop your benefit ?

If so, have you already lodged an appeal ?

Do you mean that you have been placed into The WRAG of ESA, and are in receipt of Contribution Based (CB) ESA only, and your 365 days entitlement to payment of CB ESA is due to run out next May ?
