Tribunal was created by boomboom82
I am currently in the process of collating documents to send to the tribunal on behalf of my mother. One of the things I was going to send was my re-affirmation about which descriptor criteria I felt were applicable to me and why I should be awarded so many points based on my circumstances.

Do you think it is a good idea to mention for example that you feel you should be awarded 9 points because cannot for the majority of the time remain at a work station either standing or sitting for 30 mins?

or would you not mention how many points you think you should get at all?

thank you for any assisitance

Hi bb82,

There is nothing wrong with highlighting which of qualifying descriptors you feel apply to you.

You should then go into detail of how and why they apply to you, and cross reference it to any medical/supportive written evidence that you may have.
