carers allowence

DLA and Carers Allowance are separate benefits, at least in this context, so the CA payments stopping will not affect your DLA.

Your husband's CA payments will cease when he starts getting his State Pension as they are classed as overlapping benefits, in other words only the higher will be paid which will be the pension.

He will still retain an underlying entitlement to CA, so if you are entitled to the Pension Credit or another income related benefit such as Housing Benefit, you should still receive an allowance related to the Carers Premium.
